Saturday, September 8th, starting around 1:00 to Sunday morning, after breakfast

Who:

Hop Barley members may bring one guest for free. Additional guests are $10.00 (we pay the Heils based upon attendance). Please remember, NO DOGS. Once again, it's a cow pasture, and we don't want to bother the livestock (really, no joke)

What to bring:

• camping gear (if you are staying overnight)
• a hat
• sunscreen
• closed toe shoes (its a cow pasture)
• beer, and/or something from your barchives to share (if you so desire)
• a food item to share (details below)

Beer

I’m sure that many of us have extra beer left from the NHC. Please bring some to the picnic. We'll provide ice to keep the beer cold and CO2.

Food

As always, the club will be providing the meat for the picnic. Roger will be barbequing a pork shoulder for pulled pork sandwiches, a brisket, and who knows what else. If you'd like to contribute some barbeque or such, please do, just let Roger know. The club will also provide plenty of water and soft drinks.

We do need everyone to please contribute something to share. Think of this as a potluck, you wouldn't show up empty to a potluck would you?
