5.5 lbs	extract 		60 min boil
1 lb wheat		60 min boil
2 oz Northern Brewers hops 	60 min
1 oz Willamette hops		9 min
Wyeast #3068 Weihenstephan Wheat ale yeast
If you want put a little orange peel in carboy for fun.
