Third Annual Brew-Ha-Ha - The third annual event is set for Saturday, May 12, 2007! We're expecting more than 25 top brewers from around the state, as well as more top-notch stand-up comedians! Call us or stop by the FCA to get more details!

The second annual event was held on Saturday, May 13, 2006, at Veterans Park at Third Street & Highway 50 in Cañon City. We featured a great combination of the best in Colorado's top microbreweries and stand-up comedy! Comedians Heath Garrard, Gretchen Hess and Ron Ferguson entertained from the stage through the afternoon while the brewers featured more than 50 original craft brews. "The Geezers" took the stage at 6 p.m., featuring Maverick Kelly, Pete Santilli, Wile E. Jermance and Bill O'Brien playing everything from "Great Balls of Fire" to Beatles tunes to Creedence! Special Guest Buddy Whittington joined us, bringing his world-class blues guitar up from Ft. Worth, TX, to help celebrate this FCA event! Buddy is the lead guitar player for John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers, and had just returned from a month-long concert tour in France and Germany with "The Godfather of the British Blues!" His performance with "The Geezers" was a perfect end to a very fun afternoon!!

Special thanks go out to Cathie & Mike of Merlinos' Belvedere Restaurant for donating the brisket for the wonderful BBQ sandwiches, and to Beth & Colby of Pizza Madness for donating all the pizzas for the event! What fabulous food - the FCA thanks you very much!!
