A potential danger for converted kegs as brew kettles

If you're using a converted keg as a brew kettle, make sure the base has some hole drilled in it.

Hi Brandon,

Yeah it's somewhat hidden... it's not really linked from anywhere. But you can find it using the Search up in the upper right hand corner. Just search for NHC. I think I'm going to put together a whole NHC section shortly...
