Society for the Pursuit of Hoppiness

We are extending a personal invitation to become a member of The Society for the Pursuit of Hoppiness. This event based group will be responsible for spreading the “word of the hop” at venues all across the country, starting in fair Boulder, Colorado.

Membership to the society is simple. There is a $15 one time joining fee that includes a Society tee shirt. As a member of the Society you will be called upon to enjoy hoppy beers at many different venues. Meetings shall convene once a month at area bars and restaurants and include discounted pints. All you have to do is wear your society tee shirt to be eligible for the discount.

In order to round up worthy members we are holding our first meeting during the 2008 Maharaja Release Party on the 20th of February at 4 PM. Anyone who feels a true calling to “Oh Mighty Hop” can join at the door. Those brave and hearty souls shall receive the shirt on the spot and a glass of a special edition Maharaja: double dry-hopped Atyanta Raja (Ultra-King!). Only those wearing Society T’s will have access to the Atyanta Raja keg for the evening (while it lasts).

The line up will include a HOP FEAST: India Pale Ale, Dry Hopped IPA, New World Porter, Hog Heaven, Uber Schwein, and of course the 2008 Maharaja. There will be other treats too.

Note: There will be a $10 cover for the Maharaja Release Party for regular folks. If you choose to become a Society member your entry fee is included in your one-time joining fee.
