March 17th is always my new year.

5 years ago it was the beginning date of my 2100 mile journey on the Appalachian Trail. Today it's a much more modest goal, the release of the new website. It feels like I've been working on it forever though, and basically I have been. Hope you like it.

There's a ton of new stuff here like:

• Discussion Forums
• Events Calendar
• Polls
• Ability to allow anyone to update the website simply
• RSS News Feeds - both incoming and publishing a feed for us
• Blogs - Every registered user can keep one!
• SEARCH - wow.

There's a bunch of stuff too that I've implemented in the background: Like a mailman mailing list, PHPList and Gallery. Gallery isn't fully baked yet, but lemme tell you, I've got 4 years of Dredhop pix up so far, and it's gonna be great.

So please enjoy, and feel free to give me feedback. You guys are too timid. It's your site, enjoy it!
